A few minutes from downtown.

Rebuilt house! Beautiful chalet in a fantastic property with park and coast to the lake!! Unique and quiet, to share with friends or family! I lived an unforgettable vacation near and away from it all. Spacious and green park with an unmissable view from many of its rooms, outdoor spaces where you can picnic, grill and children's games. A little path through the forest takes you to a dreamy deck on a cliff over the lake. The house has its own generator!

Amazing lake view and a deck to enjoy the scenery all day. 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms and another room with two single beds, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, and a super cozy living room. Fiber optic WiFi and cable TV.

Cabin designed for the tourist who wants to rest and enjoy a nice vacation. All its very bright and comfortable atmospheres created for two people, with warm Nordic decor that will make you feel at ease from the beginning. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the hills, ideal for a walk and tour. It's two sticky cabins. Acoustic issue was resolved in October 2022. SEE HOUSE RULES

The main house has 2 floors; a ground floor with living room, dining room, integrated kitchen, laundry room and toilet; and an upper floor with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with bathtub. The master bedroom is en-suite with a superking size bed; while the second room has two twin beds; and the third room a half-square-meter sofa-style bed; with cart downstairs. And then a lobby with desk and library.

Large windows provide a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding coastline, framed by the rustic wooden beams of the cabin. Natural light enhances the serene atmosphere, while the greenery outside adds to the picturesque setting. A glimpse of the peaceful water is visible.

Our comfortable and amazing cabin enjoys a location that is impeccable, quiet and beautiful. Located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi, it is an excellent place for rest and relaxation. It is located at km 12, two blocks from Avenida Bustillo, which goes to Llao-Llao, Circuitos Chicos and other typical walks. Buses of various lines run through it to go wherever you want.

Unique and Exclusive House in San Carlos de Bariloche

Excellent house for 11 people in the most exclusive country club in Bariloche. The house is located within Arelauquen Golf & Country Club, one of the main private neighborhoods of Patagonia Argentina, located on Lake Gutiérrez and Cerro Catedral. The house offers incredible views, is bright, spacious and very comfortable. It is fully equipped and in perfect condition.
