Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. A short walk through a fabulous nature reserve leads you down to a 30 km white sandy beach. A lovely and quiet accommodation all year round. Warm welcome greets Bristulf Jones family

Apartment from 2020 in a rural setting.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Completely newly built compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of the center of Åhus. 15 minutes walk to the sea, and amazing environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. You have access to the patio with lounge area and dining table.

”Dröm torpet” is placed in the southern Sweden, in the Northwestern part off Blekinge just 2 hours from Cophagen Airport. The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. Welcome to this newly built guesthouse of 28m2. There are 3 beds and a crib (on request) With bike lanes you come to both C4 shopping, Åhus and Kristianstad. In Rinkaby there is a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant with super good brunch on Saturdays. With 12 minutes by car and 27 minutes by bike you can get to the nice beaches in Åhus. C4 shopping, Leo's lekland and JumpYard are 8 minutes away by car. 15 min by car there is also Badriket The buses run almost 24/7.

The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
