Cozy garden house with living kitchen area and sleeping area with double bed, small bathroom with toilet and shower. On the covered terrace you can start the day in nature. The windows have mosquito screens. A rustic fireplace or electric heating is used for heating. From Borsdorf to Leipzig it takes about 20-30 minutes by car or S-Bahn. In the surroundings there are beautiful excursion destinations such as Machern Castle, Wellness Oasis Sachsen-Therme or Schladitz Bay.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

Just 100 meters from the lake, our small Swedish house, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed, is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the chestnut avenue. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with family or friends. Lake Kiebitz has great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

The historic city center can be reached by bus (4 minutes' walk) or train (3 stops) in about 20 minutes.

The cottage is located in Bennewitz near Machern between Leipzig and Wurzen. The place is good for couples, traveling alone , families (with children) and pets on request . Our cottage in the countryside is a detached bungalow on a 900 square meter, beautiful garden plot on the outskirts of Leipzig. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal.
