In the attic apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The center of the apartment is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The other part of the house is from 2001. The house is located in the heart of Stadtlauringen. Central yet quiet. Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

"Rothhäuser Mühle" (Bavaria, Lower Franconia)

The property "Rothhäuser Mühle" consists of two adjoining cottages: The large "main house" for up to 11 people and the smaller "basket house" for 4 people. Due to the spacious and open design of the living-dining area and the high-quality equipped kitchen, the house is also ideal for family gatherings. By the way, there is a very good party service in the neighboring village.
