Tiny house close to Rotterdam

Welcome to our cozy tiny house in the polder of Poortugaal and close to Rotterdam! Our tiny house is 18m2 and equipped with every comfort. There is a seating area and a fold-out dining table. There is a kitchenette with faucet, combination microwave, a separate two-burner electric stove, tea and coffee making facilities and complete tableware. In the same room, there is also the double bed (140 by 200 cm). Through a sliding door, you enter the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

This is a warm 3 floors villa with front courtyard & comfortable back garden equipped with a lovely cabin(can do BBQ), oversized TV(one 82" HD Samsung TV in living room another 65" 8K Samsung TV in one of bed rooms), fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 mins walk to a small zoo, only 7 KM fm Rotterdam Center, only 3.2KM to Ahoy Rotterdam,only 15 KM fm the famous Kinerdijk, 20 kM fm Rotterdam Airport, 5 mins walk to the tram station. It is an ideal place for home travel, vacation and business.

There is a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with rain shower and hand shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Private parking (free) and WiFi. 5 minutes by bike to the metro (Rhoon) that takes you to the center of Rotterdam within 20 minutes. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

It is an ideal location for people visiting Ahoy (10 min) or Erasmus MC (15 min) for work, study or event.

Het Terphuis - Willow Room

The guesthouse of Het Terphuis is located in a monumental farmhouse in a rural area in Poortugaal. The farm has been restored while preserving the historic elements. The Wilgenkamer is suitable for 2 people and has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living and dining room has a fireplace, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. Not suitable for the disabled due to the steep spiral staircase.

Cottage on the Binnenmaas

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

Compact cottage, quiet location, near Ahoy

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to the Ahoy, the Kuip, the city center and P+R Slinge (metro, bus) but at the same time rural on a quiet road. Please note: our cottage has a convenient kitchenette, perfect for preparing simple meals. It is equipped with a combination microwave, kettle and egg cooker. For the safety of our guests in our cabin there is no hob for use with pots and pans.
