*NATUR PUR* Waldhäuschen am Gehöft im Grünen

Wir bieten hier unser "Häuschen" an! Es befindet sich direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus und ist Teil eines alten Mühlhofes mitten im Wald! Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich hierbei um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden!

Wir bieten ein kleines Gästezimmer in unserer gemütlichen romantischen Hofreite. Das Zimmer befindet sich in unserer Scheune und ist mit Dusche und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Die Toilette befindet sich separat im Hof, die Küche im separaten Seminarhaus kann mit benutzt werden. Der gemütliche Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ideal auch für Wanderer, Fahrrad-oder Motorradfahrer auf der Durchreise. Seid kurzem haben wir eine kostenpflichtige E-Auto Ladestation / Wallbox im Hof.

Charmantes, ehemaliges Landarbeiterhaus ohne TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

An outdoor terrace is surrounded by greenery, featuring several seating areas with wicker chairs. A stone surface adds a natural touch, and flowering plants are visible, contributing to a serene atmosphere. The space is illuminated by natural light streaming down from a partly cloudy sky.

Auch Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Für 2-4 Gäste Die ehemalige Gesindekammer des ursprünglichen Bauernhofes wurde von uns liebevoll zu einer geräumigen Dachgeschoßwohnung ausgebaut. Die bis in den Giebel ausgebaute Wohnung strahlt einen ganz besonderen Charme aus. In der 100qm-Wohnung gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Babybett und einen großen Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Wandheizung.

In unserer historischen Hofreite in Friedrichsdorf haben wir für Gäste eine schöne Zweizimmerwohnung mit etwa 50 Quadratmetern. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche im Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa mit zwei Schlafplätzen und ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Doppelwaschtisch und großer Dusche.
