You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Our new non-smoking nostalgia nest on the second floor is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa from the 19th century. Anyone with a penchant for houses with soul will feel comfortable here. The villa is located 5 minutes walk from an organic bakery, where you can pick up your rolls for breakfast. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the market square with the Genovevaburg are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

A beautiful beech forest starts 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elztal bike path are also within easy reach: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.
