Es bietet drinnen und draußen viel Platz. Ruhesuchenden bietet die große Wiese am Bach, die Sie mit ein paar Schritten über die kaum befahrene Straße erreichen, einen idealen Ort zum Entspannen, Kinder können hier viel entdecken und toben. Man kann Grillen oder ein Lagerfeuer machen, eine Terasse bietet Schutz vor Regen und Sonne.

From the hallway in the entrance area you enter the spacious living and dining room. You also have access to the bathroom as well as a bedroom & kitchen from the hallway. The apartment is about 500 meters from the Asbach center. All shops are within walking distance. Movie theater, go-kart track and much more.

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.
