Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

This space would suit anyone wanting the convenience of a Motel without paying Motel rates. The private space available is about 60 square metres with separate bedroom, lounge/dining, and bathroom. Separate entry with combination lock for effortless self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door.
