Ein kleiner Eingangsbereich läßt den Gast in die Küche und das Bad, oder aber in das Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Schlafzimmer und Wirtschaftsraum kommen. Austritt und Sitzplätze im Garten Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Dunstabzug und Spüle nebst Kühlschrank mit 3* Gefrierfach vorhanden. Cozy 55m2 flat close to Spessart in Johannesberg

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Unsere modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im Dachgeschoß unseres Hauses mit tollem Ausblick auf den Wald, einen größeren Teich am Waldrand und einen kleinen Teich direkt vor dem Haus im Garten. Natur pur und Erholung sind garantiert - Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach Entspannen! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz und Wiesbaden sind mit dem Auto in ca. einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen - es gibt kaum Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

The cozy and quaint furnished south-west wing is located in Reinheim- Uberau and in the rear part of the site. With a sep. entrance, the wing offers a living space of ~ 35m², so that it can be occupied by 2 people. It is the perfect starting point to discover the cities and nature in the Odenwald. In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop (about 220m) for local transport, shopping facilities can be found in the center of Reinheim. We are looking forward to nice guests!

Privates, helles Souterrain

In dieses gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch kommt man über eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. Bei Bedarf kann man gegen einen Aufpreis noch 2 weitere Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Doppelbetten dazu buchen. Auf Anfrage Fahrradverleih.
