Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/post car/ship) and lakeside promenade.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. The idyllically located apartment in the countryside was newly renovated and newly furnished. On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun all day long and spend cozy evenings in the open kitchen-living room. Directly from the apartment you can have walks or bike rides through the fields or along the lake. The apartment is also a good starting point for excursions (e.g. Stein am Rhein, the island of Reichenau, Radolfzell and Konstanz).
