The apartment is extremely clean and tidy and could not be better from the location. The Dachauplatz is right next to the old town with just a few meters to the cathedral and just as close to the new house of Bavarian history. In addition, the train station is easily accessible on foot and the bus connection is excellent and direct on site.

Regensburg is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has a beautiful old town. It's fun to stroll around the tiny little streets.
