Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Das vielfältig nutzbare Wohnzimmer bietet mit seiner breiten Fensterfront und dem kleinen überdachten Balkon einen beruhigenden Rheinblick.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Our beautiful, light-flooded attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With its 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and want to walk from here to the city center in 15 minutes. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "Fietse"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute away on foot. Smoking is prohibited!

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Our apartment is located in a very quiet location on the Lower Rhine. Despite this idyllic seclusion, access to the A3 highway is excellent, so you can quickly reach the vibrant Ruhr metropolises.

The accommodation is suitable for two people and features a jacuzzi, sauna (maximum 40–50 degrees, no use of oils), smart TV, balcony, private kitchen, and air conditioning. Parking is available within walking distance. Restaurants are located along the riverside and within walking distance.
