Welcome! Spacious apartment for 2 people in the new development area in the immediate vicinity of the Xanten water ski facility/ high ropes course and beach. (approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

In the evening, you will be treated to the sun setting over the Mookerheide, which can be admired from your private deck terrace. Sleep under a large dome roof with all the facilities in the house. A place full of character, unique in the Netherlands. Here you will soon feel at home and find the peace you are looking for. The perfect setting for romantic moments and mindful enjoyment. The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Treehouse Goldsworthy

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
