Spacious holiday home on a quiet park - fully refurbished in 2016. Close to a beautiful lake with sandy beach, lovely restaurant, beach-club, working windmill and a massive indoor play barn. Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother Sigrid is a co-host, cleaning fairy, and caretaker in a person without whom there would be nothing going on here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We've had so many great guests, and look forward to seeing you soon! We observe the corona rules and clean particularly thoroughly. Sanitize. Check in by distance!

A detached stone cottage with private garden and views of the scenic landscape of the Achterhoek. The living room is very bright and spacious due to the many windows.
