Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Local facilities within walking distance include; supermarket, newsagent, chemist, cinema, local shops, pub & cafe. Hope Cottage is set up for family stays, and downstairs is dog friendly.
