Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Authentic & Renovated Cottage in a Beach Community

Have a barbecue and drinks around a fire pit in an outdoor space made cozy by wood paneling and decorative surfboards. The laid-back vibe continues inside the cottage with comfy and casual furnishings and fun, beach-themed decor. This beach house was built in 1925 and upgraded in 2015. This is a perfect vacation rental for families/couples. We are located one block from the beach, 1/2 mile south from Hermosa Beach Pier, 1 mile north from Redondo Beach Pier. The master bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of room for your belongings. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a slight ocean view. The third bedroom has bunk beds which we have now split to accommodate adults. There are two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is detached from the house located off the backyard. All linens and towels are supplied. The most attractive part of this house is the outside living. After a long day at the beach and you don't want to mosey down to Hermosa or Redondo Pier for dinner and drinks, this is the perfect place to BBQ and relax by the gas fire pit. We offer supplies for the beach such as: Beach bag with beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella. Bikes are available to explore the area and surrounding beach towns (Redondo and Manhattan). You can even ride up to Venice and Santa Monica along the bike path. We have a guest parking pass for street parking for one car (this will need to be returned at check out). NOTE: Parking pass is for parking at YELLOW poled meters ONLY! Guests are responsible to read all street signs for parking restrictions and street sweeping. Access to the entire house We like to meet all our guests at check-in to show them the ins and outs of the house and answer any questions. We live next door so are available for any questions or assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can provide bicycles for access to the bike path along the beach ("The Strand"). We are in such a great location that all restaurants, bars, shopping and sites are in walking distance. We are located right around the corner from the public bus stop. Uber is a very popular way to get around if you do not rent a car. This is not a party rental so not a good fit for the party minded group! 6 people are the maximum number of guests.

This space comfortably fits 3 people, if you are happy to use the Milliard memory foam tri-fold mattress. If needing to do washing, a coin laundromat is .3 miles away from our home. Kitchen Appliances: Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, French Press, Nespresso, Aeroccino Milk Frother, NutriBullet and Soma filtered water jug. Amenities… Hairdryer, wifi, flat screen, TV with Netflix and Directv Now, full length mirror Guest will have full access to the studio apartment, yard, porch and fireplace. I like to meet guests upon arrival to give access and a tour of the property, but sometimes this is not possible. My husband and I live in the main house and are available to offer any advice on local attractions. The den sits behind the main house In Altadena, a short drive from good coffee shops and restaurants. It's accessible enough to explore the many eclectic neighborhoods of LA. There are numerous neighborhood trails that are great for walking. Although public transportation is available, the closest bus and Gold Line stop are about 1-mile away. We highly recommend having a vehicle to drive, but if in doubt, Uber! There is a designated parking spot on our property for you, and there is plenty of street parking (no restrictions, no tickets)!

Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away.
