The entire house from 1928 was completely renovated in 2018. The approx. 30 square meter cozy apartment is adjacent to the beautiful city garden in Recklinghausen. The Ruhrfestspielhaus is just a few steps from the property. The city center of Recklinghausen can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk. The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. In the very sloping attic there is a bed(90× 200m) that can be reached by stairs. Stairs is relatively steep ( Finnhütte just ). A seating area is available outside in front of the hut. Electric heating is available. We will provide you with bed linen and a towel for your stay.
