Pines in the sky.

Probably the nicest apartment of the three available in a villa with a big garden located in Mulinetti, close to Recco. The apartment is brand new and the furniture is high quality. There is a 50 sq. meters terrace with an astonishing view on the sea and Portofino mount. THE APARTMENT IS BEING CLEANED AND SANITIZED FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE CENTER FOR DESEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) AND IN ADDITION THE APARTMENT IS GENERALLY KEPT EMPTY AND VENTILATED FOR 24 HOURS BETWEEN GUESTS.

The view from the three windows in the livingroom that overlook the church, Punta Chiappa and "passeggiata"(the main street) is breathtaking: a postcard-perfect panorama! The apartment has two floors: on the first floor there is a panoramic livingroom , the kitchen, the bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. By getting onto the spiral staircase You will reach the bridal suite and the second bathroom.

Independent and comfortable apartment, with direct access to large private green spaces. It is part of a small cluster of houses on the hill, overlooking the valley and with the sea on the horizon. It can be reached in five minutes by car from the Recco highway exit and with a short walk, including a staircase. Private access; bathroom with shower and bathtub; large and bright living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom. Lovely pergola and garden.
