Lovely studio for two in central Leigh on Sea

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, hob, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster. Dinning table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

Relax with a glass of something cold overlooking the Essex countryside. 4 pubs/restaurants within a 10 minute drive and plenty of countryside walks.

Nestled between the A13 and A127. 'The Annex' is the perfect setting for special occasions, birthdays, treat yourself time, hens, contractors, business bookings. 'The Little House' ( my grandson's name for it it) is a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of the lovely village of Stock. It is a detached, converted small barn with its own entrance, key box and allocated parking space in front. You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

A contemporary living space features a light green accent wall, complemented by dark furniture. A round table with wooden chairs is positioned next to a cozy seating area. Access to the outdoor space is provided through glass doors, enhancing the airy feel of the room.

We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, modern shower room, 50" tv and free wifi.
