Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

A spacious manor house is set against a lush green landscape, surrounded by trees and fields. Grazing horses dot the vibrant pasture, while gentle hills rise in the background, enhancing the serene countryside atmosphere.

The property is best reached by car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.
