The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
