Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Walking distance to several restaurants and quaint shops, short drive to grocery, public pool, playground, or county park. An ideal base for local day trips, like the PA Grand Canyon, Wellsboro PA, Mansfield PA, Corning NY, or Watkins Glen, NY. Or spend the day at one of several nearby state parks! Outdoorsmen, need a place to stay? We are only a short drive to hunting & fishing on state game lands.

Rose Valley Lake is a public 300+ acre Lake. Great boating ( no gas engines) fishing, hunting, thousands of acres of PA State game and public forest land. Designated state hiking trails surrounding the area. Only 20 minutes from downtown Williamsport Pa. Rose Valley is truly a Pennsylvania wilds treasure!

Blue Belle - The Little Blue Cottage

Located on Pennsylvania 2018 River of the Year Loyalsock Creek, this little cottage is a gem! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch as you listen to the sound of the creek and the birds. Inflate one of the tubes kept in the basement and take a float down the river. In the evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard while you watch fireflies flicker around the creek.
