Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

An outdoor area features a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and large umbrellas. Green towels are placed on the loungers, and olive trees are visible in the background, contributing to a serene atmosphere. A garden area is neatly maintained, enhancing the outdoor space.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

A sunlit terrace features a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by natural greenery. Two lounge chairs sit invitingly beside the pool, with a backdrop of rolling hills and a blue sky dotted with clouds. Vibrant flowers add color to the stone wall of the villa.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
