Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Riverside Retreat is fully furnished to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We also offer 2 full hook-up RV sites. A 2 person kayak is available for guests to use.

Fully furnished cabin located in 55 acre Southbound RV Park and Cabins. This is a family owned and operated RV park. Owners live on site and take pride in caring for their guests and providing exceptional hospitality. Full Kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove. Two bathrooms. This cabin is about 100 feet from the Guadalupe River with good fishing and deep water at dock. Canoe and kayaks available.
