At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. In the heart of the island, in the countryside, at 3 km away from Muro Village, is located this quiet and charming old building completely independent from the main house. I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden. It is ideal for lovers of nature, animals lovers, couples or/and a strategic point for cyclists.

A cozy living area features a gray sofa bed and a small dining table set for four. The kitchenette is adjacent, equipped with a sink and stovetop. Light reflects off the polished tile floor, while wooden beams add warmth to the ceiling.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

Beautiful newly renovated property in the heart of Sóller. Very private, with parking and mountain views, ideal for 2 people. Adults only. The property consists of a main house (closed) and a guest house, which is available for rent. The casita offers an open plan space that combines living room, dining room and kitchen, all fully equipped and surrounded by windows overlooking the outdoor garden, perfect for 2 people .

A simple entrance to a unit is framed by a blooming bougainvillea plant with vibrant pink flowers. The light-colored door is accompanied by a small set of steps leading up to it, set against warm-toned walls that enhance the welcoming appearance.
