Spectacular views from a unique village house, built into the rock face. Perched in a peaceful mountain village, it's one of the sunniest locations in the area. Both the house and private garden have wonderful mountain views. The house is built into the rock and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Evon is located at an altitude of 800 meters and enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. From Evol, there are many walks to take, discover hot springs or the breathtaking Gorges de la Caransa are all nearby, the medieval Ville franche de Conflent with its cozy boutiques and restaurants is also a 15-minute drive from Evol.

Inside, the presence of wood, accompanied by contemporary decor, provides a feeling of home.
