A characterful home with exposed wall built from stones of the River Aude. Two minutes walk to a host of local shops/bars/restaurants and twice weekly market. Night market in summer. Swimming, walking, cycling, kayaking all on the doorstep.

Beautifully restored 17th c. stone tower house

Beautiful renovation which combines modern comfort with the spelendor of this 17th century stone tower house in the Medieval village of Alet les Bains. Beautiful garden. White water rafting and other river sports are within walking distance as well as a natural spring swimming pool which is open in the summer. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance too and the famous wine producing town of Limoux is a 10 minute drive away. There is a tourist office in the town.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and refrigerator. A round dining table surrounded by four woven chairs sits in the center, complemented by a vase of yellow tulips. Warm wooden beams enhance the inviting ambiance of the space.
