The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The property offered here is located in the former barn of our historic courtyard complex. Modern comfort, antiques and the historic buildings offer a unique atmosphere to feel good. The bathroom with corner bathtub, as well as a bedroom are located in the upper level, in the middle of the living room, the kitchen a few steps down. On the lower level is the second bedroom with guest toilet. Overall, you can expect 110 square meters of living space.

It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.
