The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. This small cozy nest dominates a forest valley. The materials used, entirely natural, give a feeling of well-being that echoes the breathtaking view of the tops of the trees as far as the eye can see. You will love this south and east-facing cocoon with no view of the house, road or electric wires, only green. the hyper-center is less than 300m away. Cinema, shops, supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground... And the forest is in front of you!

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

A private and secure room allows you to park 2 bikes on the ground floor.
