Cute 2 bedroom villa with some of the BEST views in Manuel Antonio!! Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Be on the Beach! This Villa is built right outside of the protected beach zone for Manuel Antonio making it only steps away from the most sought after beach in Costa Rica! Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work sometimes from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!

Monkey Sea, Monkey Don't need a car 2bed Oceanview

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!

Walk to three beaches or relax on the balcony watching wildlife and the great view! This is an efficiency (studio) apartment with its own separate entrance, AC, bathroom, balcony and kitchenette. The location can't be beat - we are in walking distance to premier hotels and restaurants; the ATM and little grocery store is not far away. Note: only for one person. The bed is a bit smaller than a double bed.
