The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

The house is 2 minutes away from the square full of restaurants and cafes and 20 meters from the public parking which makes it fully accesible by car. The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
