The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

- There is a heating system in the pool of our villa, it offers a unique hot pool in cold weather. -The pool temperature is in the range of 30-33 degrees. -Karaova location is centrally located, within walking distance to the sea, with a private pool , sheltered in a private garden, fully furnished. It has an 8-person capacity. -The sand is walking distance to the beach -The famous Nazilli market, Migros, A101, Bim, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance PERMIT DOCUMENT NO:09-748

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
