Dock your boat, grill out on the large porch and screened in patio, bonfire, kayak, paddle board or float and play in the water. Sleeps 12 (14 with cot and blow up mattress). A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.

Fantastic 3bedroom/2bath lakefront home. The private dock is perfect for catching dinner, launching your kayak or floating like a bobber. Bait shop and kayak rentals and less than 5min away. 2 private driveways. 2hr from Atlanta, 2.5hr from SC This is a perfect family getaway. Excellent location. We are located on a quiet street, no parties, events or functions allowed. Must be 25yr or older. Boat lift not included Approved STR License
