Oltre alla splendida vista sul paesaggio, una piscina condivisa ed un giardino con barbecue ad uso esclusivo garantiscono piacevoli momenti di relax. Tutti i locali sono dotati di aria condizionata. Al piano terra si trova il salone con cucina e bagno. Al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali con due bagni. Ristoranti, bar e market sono raggiungibili anche a piedi. (IUN R2745)

For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April.
