The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Accommodation price plus the SUPER SUMMER CARD in the summer season with €6.50 per adult night and €3.25 per child night (born 2010 to 2018). Enjoy Tyrolean coziness in a modern way in our 60 m² LAZID suite, with an infrared cabin to warm up after a long day of skiing or hiking. Daily bread service on request and high-quality carpenter furniture, comfortable beds and extensive amenities await you. A PV system and 2 wall boxes are also available.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
