beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Unsere kleine Wohnung (44 m²) in der Wolgaster Altstadt freut sich über euren Besuch :-) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für kleinere PKW (recht eng, bis Größe VW Golf) ist direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Größere Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung(36 qm) ist für einen gemütlichen Ostseeurlaub, ideal für 2 Personen, geeignet. Ein großer Balkon mit Markise laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.Ein Gästeparkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Auch sind Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Fenster von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Rolläden und Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Haustiere sind in der Ferienwohnung nicht erwünscht. In der Hauptsaison vermieten wir in der Regel nur wöchentlich .

Der „gelbe Salon“ ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches 2-Zimmer Apartment (rund 80 qm) für 2 - 4 Personen mit marodem Charme und befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss des linken Hausflügels. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es 4 Apartments in unterschiedlichen Größen, für bis zu 12 Gäste, im Haus.

Trotzdem sind Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Hafen, die Jugendherberge und das Theater von Barth in nur 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
