Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Conveniently located a short five-minute walk from Commercial Street, the cottage features all the comforts of home, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, an open concept living area, and a large outdoor lounge area with BBQ and hammock. A year round fully renovated two bedroom cottage on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and Cape Cod bay. My place is the perfect peaceful beach vacation. The sunsets are amazing! The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Be Fabulous in Provincetown

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am.
