This modern cottage is around the corner from Commercial St and comes fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and parking on-site. This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. This well appointed 415 sq ft residence sits atop a busy sandwich shop called Pop + Dutch that makes delicious sandwiches. The sandy, calm bay beach is right outside your door along with nearby kayak rental, beach-front yoga, bike rental, and central Commercial Street, with all its restaurants, shops and galleries.
