Independent stone cottage nestled among the olive trees of the Sabine hills in a unique atmosphere as in an oasis of peace in contact with nature but 600 meters from the center of a characteristic village of 240 people. A short walk from the remains of the Roman villa of Orazio and a few km from other no less important archaeological excavations. Less than 1 km from the Pago forest so loved by the Goddess Vacuna, a 15-minute drive from the A1 Ponzano/Soratte exit, 70 km/h from Rome, 30 from Rieti and the same from Terni

Situato in posizione molto centrale e strategica, dista 15 min a piedi dal centro storico. È ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici con l’ospedale di Coppito, Università, Caserma e Guardia di Finanza comodamente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Il Gran Sasso è a 25 minuti di bus e 15 di auto. Una posizione strategica sia che siate a L’Aquila per lavoro, studio o svago!

Spoleto why not?

Delizioso monolocale, al primo piano di un elegante e storico palazzo. Affaccio su Piazza del Mercato ("il salotto della citta'). Appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca, fornito di tutto il necessario. Piccolo e accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari, perfetto come base per esplorare la citta'. Da qui infatti si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti i principali monumenti: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana e Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. L' alloggio è adatto a coppie e solitari.

Ci sono due piccole camere da letto: una è la cameretta del bambino o di un ragazzo.Presente il salottino con TV , una piccola cucina e un piccolo bagno. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro dell'Aquila (i 4 cantoni) Parcheggio libero su Viale Duca degli Abruzzi.Parcheggio gratuito per biciclette in cortile.

In a central but quiet location, a five-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and therefore close to the heart of the city, from where you can reach all the main places of interest with short walks.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
