The former train station is idyllically situated above the Main River bend, surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and asparagus fields, and is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, or canoe trips. In 2018 and 2019, the small train station building was lovingly restored. The warehouse is now a kitchen, living and dining room. Two bedrooms can accommodate four people. The pretty Mainschleifenbahn stops just 80 m from the front door and invites you to take a nostalgic ride to Volkach. Enjoy wine, culture, nature!

Apartment in the vineyards

Relax with the whole family or friends in the middle of the adjacent vineyards and fruit trees. The apartment is located on the ground floor on a wine and fruit farm that has already been in the 4th generation. Children are very welcome here. There is a trampoline, Kettcars, pedal tractor, ping pong table and much more on our large farm on the Mainschleife. The apartment is located directly on the bike path. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Vacation home Weinkeller 84

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

Dream bungalow with pool and spacious terrace

The bungalow with a pool and a large terrace is a unique oasis of retreat, located just 10 minutes from downtown. On a total area of 150 m², you can relax in a stylish ambience equipped with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities that make a fully extensive, feel-good stay possible. In addition to the pool, this includes a creatively designed sauna and an in-house gym. The loft-style living area completes the overall picture.
