The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

The small guest apartment in the The ground floor of our single-family home is in a prime location in Stralsund with a view of the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct access to the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. It is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the cabinet bed, which can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. This apartment is located on a large property in Buschenhagen, between Stralsund and Barth on the edge of the national park, one of the largest crane resting places in Europe. The vacation rental is located on the pond side of the house and can accommodate up to 2 people. Enjoy the individual atmosphere of the farm, where nature and art have found their place. By bike you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes and the Baltic Sea is 20 minutes away by car.
