The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

"Stralsund" has a separate entrance and a size of 65 m². A free private parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only local traffic (cul-de-sac). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The nearest guarded swimming area (Stralsund city pool) is only 6 km away.

It was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2020. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Our apartment is in the middle of the Stralsund Old Town in a very quiet side street. Art and culture and plenty of restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. It's a 15-minute walk to the city beach. Our place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.
