Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Despite the compact size, you can expect a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality bathroom and cozy sleeping areas. Perfect for couples or small families (1 child).

Spend your days exploring the nearby lake or the beautiful surrounding area, then enjoy an evening stroll through Haltern’s charming old town — all just a short walk away.

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our enclosed attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape and the NL. Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and recharge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our beautiful, light-flooded attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With its 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and want to walk from here to the city center in 15 minutes. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "Fietse"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute away on foot. Smoking is prohibited!

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Need a little time out? Our modern and cozy apartment is located in the middle of Haltern's city center. On the balcony with a small lounge and relaxing lounger you can relax. Maybe after a relaxing bath in our luxury bathroom? :) The spacious rooms are perfect for families, couples and also furry friends. Within walking distance there is everything you need, in Haltern's beautiful old town with all the cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams still wind their way through the small-scale collis landscape with its woods, fields, lanes, wood walls and Scholtengoederen. In the farm "Pasman" (1340 first mentioned as Bovekinck) formerly part of Kasteel het Waliën, we have created a vacation home. Using old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.
