Holiday home in a green area

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment near Thebens

Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Discover a tiny house, including alpacas to feed

JUNE MIDWEEK SPECIAL – Instead of 125 euros/night, now only 99 euros/night on selected dates. Treat yourself to an alpaca break during the week. Our tiny house offers smart design, surprisingly much comfort and a special closeness to nature. Our quiet, curious alpacas graze right outside the window. Despite the compact size, you can expect a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality bathroom and cozy sleeping areas. Perfect for couples or small families (1 child).

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our enclosed attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape and the NL. Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and recharge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

(M)EINraum cozy one-room apartment

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Treehouse Goldsworthy

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Our vacation home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and tastefully decorated and equipped with many luxuries. The vacation home is located in a small, quiet vacation park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and biking routes. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Our house is directly adjacent to the forest. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Durch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz können Sie Münster (15km) und Umgebung leicht erkunden.
