This cozy modern cottage is just a five-minute walk from the Historic Downtown McKinney square where you'll find shopping, fabulous restaurants, pubs, wine tasting and more. This beautiful cottage was built in 1953 and enjoys the rich history of old McKinney. Completely renovated in 2020, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Decorated with an industrial flair, this cottage connects the present to the past. Nestled in the Historic District of McKinney you'll relax with all the modern comforts of home. After enjoying shopping and dining downtown, stroll back home to spend time with friends inside or on the back deck. Amazing Location Our cottage is less than a mile from the Cotton Mill, near many other wedding Venues, one mile from Tupps Brewery, and just a 12-minute drive to TPC Craig Ranch (the new home of the Byron Nelson golf tournament). Walking Distance Attractions include: All downtown McKinney Restaurants, Wineries, Pubs, Bars, Shops, and festivals! Favorite spots in downtown McKinney are The Yard (restaurant / bar with outdoor games, fire pits, also family friendly), Ricks Steakhouse (also has a really cool bar located in the back of the restaurant with live music on the weekends), Harvest (healthy farm fresh food from local sources) & Landon Winery. The Cottage Our cottage sleeps up to five with one king sized bed and one double bed with a pull-out trundle underneath. There is high speed WIFI access and three TV's with Netflix. You can also connect TV's to your personal Hulu, Prime Video, Ruko, HBO, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, kitchen towels, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, etc. Laundry facilities include a full-sized washer and dryer. The backyard has a beautiful deck.

The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult.
