The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

The house is souranded with beautiful garden and there is a parking place right in front. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 300m away. Post office, pharmacy and bus stop are nearby.

House is located in the center of Budva. It is surrounded by greenery. Nearby there are super markets, green market and bus station. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The pier of tourist boats, which lead to distant exotic beaches, is a 5-minute walk away. The old town is a 10-minute walk away, as well as all restaurants and bars.
