Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

You’ll also find comfy seating – the ideal spot for a cup of tea and a change of viewpoint! Simply yet effectively furnished, the space reinforces the sense that this is a sanctuary. Beachcomber Multiple Pet Friendly Seafront Cottage

Beachcomber Seafront Multiple Pet Friendly Cottage is located in a quiet and private spot on a tiny road with a view of sand dunes and the sea less than a 2 minute walk away. With the sound of the waves in the garden, the location provides for a tranquil and rejuvenating trip! Hot Tubs are also available on request at an extra charge of £125 should you wish to enhance your stay. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6.

The little annexe

This unique place has a style all its own. The little annexe is in a residential area of kinmel bay/Towyn it’s fully self contained set in its own little garden and private entrance onto the street it has 1 bedroom with a small double bed open plan living room and full kitchen including washing machine full size cooker pots/pans ect shower room / toilet ( please note shower room sink cold water only )has a lovely peaceful little garden with seating area

Our stone cottage has been enhanced with all the contemporary touches you would want & expect on your trip. Walking distance to an array of independent shops, pubs & restaurants, an 18 hole golf course, and a 5 minute drive to the A55 Expressway and all that North Wales has to offer.

Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of open countryside and our garden (currently a work in progress) are stunning. We have chickens and there are often lambs in our two small fields.
