Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
