Customized hospitality in a bucolic setting, the accommodation is located between Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble, at the foot of the Chartreuse. The apartment is a duplex: unfortunately it is not suitable for our large guest friends (more than 1.82 m) or children because of the stairs. The lakes of Paladru and Aiguebelette are 20 minutes away, the ski resort of Saint Pierre is 45 minutes away, Annecy is 3/4 hour away and Walibi is 15 minutes away. And you have nearby 2 SNCF stations and the highway in Chimilin.

Located in a quiet village in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Park, come and discover our atypical gîte and its exceptional view of the entire Chartreuse mountain range. Through its sloping window, you will feel surrounded by nature even when inside! A real corner of paradise to recharge your batteries and/or practice outdoor activities (cycling, mountain biking, hiking, trail...). Food store in the center of the village, 10 min walk. Swimming pool available depending on the season.

Apartment in family home

Close to the A43 Lyon/Chambéry/Geneva axis, 1 hour from Grenoble. Close to all amenities, zoo, Walibi, hiking and horseback riding, mountain biking, ViaRhôna, Chartreuse Natural Park and Lake Aiguebelette with multiple activities: Swimming, paddles, tree climbing, canoeing, paragliding... We cultivate a pesticide-free garden and have animals: Australian Shepherd couple, female donkey, goats, apiary and low yard. Our 27 m2 accommodation is located on an independent and enclosed space.

Quiet apartment with beautiful view

The apartment is located in a country setting, very quiet and relaxing with magnificent views of the mountains. The advantage of our "Aux Champs Pressinois" residence is its location because while being in the countryside you will be close to major cities (1 hr from Lyon, 35 min from Chambéry, 50 min from Grenoble), the lakes of Paladru, Aiguebelette, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, as well as the mountain trails of the Chartreuse mountain range.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Independent apartment attached to a 150 year old typical Savoyard stone house located in the Chartreuse massif 13 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette and 35 minutes from the city of Chambéry, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 1 hour from Lyon. Mid-mountain environment (alt. 550 m), you have the opportunity to practice several outdoor activities in summer such as cycling, hiking... in winter skiing, snowshoeing...

The apartment is located in the center of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 meters away.
