Modern meets rustic in our cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin. This home was a family project completed in 2025. Custom details include ship-lap ceilings downstairs, cedar-lined bathrooms and closet, and interior trim of rough-cut pine, all milled and installed by our family. Rebar spindles add a modern twist to the stairway. The cabin is in a private, wooded clearing away from the road but less than ten minute drive to Tylertown. Come experience the tranquility in this secluded spot!

Located in Collins, MS, inside Pine Hills RV Park just a 5 minute walk to Grand Paradise Waterpark. The home offers easy parking in front and wooded acreage in back. If your looking for piece & quiet, its there..:) I also have things on hand there if you need something.. extra sheets, bathroom things, kitchen condiments and seasoning.. I also have an extra full size air mattress & por-ta-crib Everything has WiFi , no cable just TVs and DVD players .. There’s 3 smart tvs 1 regular tv. They all have Roku ..
