Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days. Visit beautiful beaches of Cape Kamenjak, Medulin, Premantura and certainly make a tour around Pula. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 4km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

A modern staircase leads down to a welcoming entryway, framed by lush greenery on the wall. Decorative cacti and white pebbles enhance the natural theme. A contemporary seating area is visible at the bottom, providing a sense of openness and connection to the villa's design.
