Unique, romantic retreat FREE parking

My place is right by sea Promenade, bars, restaurants and dining, film festival and concert venues, family-friendly activities and great views! Also, it's two minutes walking to famous old Roman Amphitheatre, August's temple and City Cathedral. The old Pula's medieval fortress is just around the corner. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the people. My place could be a love nest for couples, but also great for adventurers and families with kids :))

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. All taxes are included in the price.

Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

Šarmantan stan površine 75 m² na trećem katu jedne od povijesnih vila Münz, smješten u samom srcu 3000 godina starog grada Pule. Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. Paltana - cozy apartment near sea

Nov i moderno uređen apartman. Vrlo svijetao i funkcionalan: spavaća soba, dnevni boravak, kuhinja sa blagavaonicom, kupaonica. Benefit ovog smještaja je što je u prizemlju sa privatnom terasom i ima osiguran parking. Lokacija: prva plaža je već na kraju ulice (200m do apartmana), 500m do prve trgovine, u blizini restorana i pizzerija. PUY aerodrom udaljen je samo 10km, Pula je udaljena 6km, Rt Kamenjak 10km, a NP Brijuni 20km. Šarmantan gradić Rovinj je svega pola sata vožnje od apartmana.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. You can almost touch the Arena from all the windows!Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dining area, entry living room and a little balcony. Capacity: 4+2 people. Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI
